CARNARVON REACHING NEW HEIGHTS
Independent Fuel Solutions Carnarvon Speedway is approximately 9 hours north of Perth, and boasts one of the highest safety fences in the country.
Recently in the news when a cyclone drifted nearby, the speedway venue itself suffered only minor damage and is ready to host one of the biggest meetings of the season tonight – the final of the Gascoyne series that kicked off at Shark Bay yesterday.
Speedway Australia visited on Friday, and as usual were impressed with the state of the venue and amenities that have been lovingly built and maintained over the years. This is shaping up as a big winter season in the north of Western Australia, and Carnarvon will play its part with a number of feature events.
