Licence Checklist & Medical Information
Senior Checklist
- The attached Health Statement has been completed in full (section 8). NOTE: Required by all applicants.
- If required a Passport sized photo (NO hats or sunglasses). New photo required every 5 years.
- New Licence Holders: A clearly legible proof of age document has been attached (birth certificate, drivers licence, passport, proof of age card or student ID)
- Vintage/Extraneous Drivers: A waiver form has been completed and attached (available here)
Junior Checklist
- The attached Health Statement has been completed in full (section 8). NOTE: Required by all applicants.
- A Passport sized photo taken within the last 3 months (NO hats or sunglasses). New photo required every 2 years.
- New Licence Holders: A clearly legible proof of age document has been attached (birth certificate, drivers licence, passport, proof of age card or student ID)
Medical Examination Checklist
All applicants (including marshals and mechanics) must submit a health statement.
For drivers UNDER 40 years of age, a medical examination is required:
- Every 2 years if submitting a Speedway Australia Medical.
For drivers 40 years of age and over, a medical examination is required annually.
In all cases, the medical examination must be completed no more than 3 months prior to the date of application.
Please note, SCCA and Wingless Sprint drivers are required to supply a new medical examination every year regardless of age, as per the SCCA rule book.
