Two years ago, Speedway Australia proudly launched our comprehensive National Training Program for Official’s accreditation. This online platform for Official’s training, designed in conjunction with Divisional bodies such as Speedway Sedans Australia and the Sprintcar Control Council, set a national standard of knowledge and skill sets required for Stewards and Scrutineers across every class of racing.

With an overwhelming number of officials having undertaken the course initially, the time has come for many to undertake a ‘refresher’ course, as per Speedway Australia Rules and Regulations.

Starting on Monday, 8/11 a Speedway Australia ‘refresher’ course will be available to all officials via the eTrainu platform. This interactive online programme covers all aspects of Speedway Officiating, from the fundamentals of being an official, to health and safety, Speedway racing rules and on-track scenarios – in an abridged format that can be completed in under 45min.

The program allows for self-paced learning on your PC, mobile or tablet from the comfort of your own home – avoiding the need for time consuming and costly travel from remote areas, saving time and money for Divisional bodies, and the volunteers themselves.
